Hi, I’m Michelle.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Orange County, California. My clinical specializations include the treatment of eating disorders, coping with anxiety, and processing trauma.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity — a space where clients can feel safe exploring the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelming, stuck, or misunderstood. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create more meaningful connections with themselves and others. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I integrate parts work, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy into sessions. My clinical work emphasizes acceptance that helps clients move away from self-judgment and towards greater self understanding and connection.

I am passionate about helping people move toward healing, self-trust, and lasting emotional well-being.

My Approach

I am committed to supporting clients in rebuilding trust with their voices and bodies through relational and evidence-based care. I believe in the power of relationship-driven, developmentally-attuned care. Together, we will embark on your journey with curiosity, authenticity, and collaboration.
